Fleet accounts

For businesses with several vehicles. Your drivers send their tickets as anyone would and get the same free check. When they go ahead, the appeal goes on one monthly invoice instead of being paid there and then: £6.99 an appeal. If an appeal we filed is refused, taking it to the adjudicator is free; £9.99 for one the driver appealed without us. No subscription and no fee for the account.

Stripe charges the saved card on the 1st of each month for the month before. You add and remove drivers by email, and see every vehicle, ticket and invoice in the business panel. See an example.

Packages

If you have a regular fleet, a package for a year costs less than paying for each appeal. It gives you a pool of first appeals for the vehicles you list. We set it up after you agree and pay; email us.

“You save” compares the package with paying £6.99 for each first appeal one at a time, and assumes you use every appeal in the package. If you use fewer, you save less. A package costs less than paying one at a time from the 15th appeal on Team, 43rd appeal on Business, 115th appeal on Fleet, 258th appeal on Large fleet.

A first appeal beyond the pool is £4.99. An appeal to the adjudicator or tribunal for a listed vehicle is free when we filed its first appeal, and £9.99 when it was appealed without us, not taken from the pool.
You list vehicles by registration. A vehicle covers a notice dated from the day you add it, until the day you remove it. Nothing is covered backdated.
A vehicle keeps its slot for at least 90 days from the day it was added, even if you remove it sooner, and the number of registrations you can add in a year is limited.
A vehicle that is not listed is billed at the normal fleet price. Unused appeals do not carry over, and appeals used are not refunded.
Posting a letter is extra, at the normal posting prices.
