- We write the appeal in your name
- We file it with the issuer
- More evidence asked for? We send it
- Refused? We take it to the adjudicator free
- Every step on your account
- A full refund if we cannot file it
One payment for one notice, the same for every kind we take on, except a police ticket. Nobody can promise a result, so we tell you how strong it looks first.
Police tickets (speeding, a red light, a phone, insurance and the like) are different: for £34.99 we write the letter and you send it yourself, because we cannot act for you with the police. The refund if we cannot file does not apply to them; you get your money back only if we cannot write the letter.

A police ticket
£34.99once, for a letter you send yourself
Speeding, a red light, a phone, insurance and the like. We write the letter to the force in your name; you copy it and send it, because we cannot act for you with the police.
Refunded in full only if we cannot write it. Not covered by the plan, a free appeal or a fleet account.
If it is refused
Freewhen we filed your first appeal
We keep going: we take it to the independent adjudicator or appeals service once you say yes, and send any more evidence the issuer asks for.
Appealed yourself and been refused? We take it on from there for £9.99, after the same free check of the refusal letter.

Packages for businesses
Prices are for a year, paid up front, for the vehicles you list. See the terms for the rules.
| Package | Vehicles | First appeals | A year | Each appeal | You save |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Team | Up to 5 | 20 | £99 | £4.95 | Up to £40.80 (29%) |
| Business | Up to 20 | 80 | £299 | £3.74 | Up to £260.20 (47%) |
| Fleet | Up to 60 | 240 | £799 | £3.33 | Up to £878.60 (52%) |

| More than 150 vehicles | A quote for your fleet. Email us | ||||
“You save” compares the package with paying £6.99 for each first appeal one at a time, and assumes you use every appeal in the package. If you use fewer, you save less. A package costs less than paying one at a time from the 15th appeal on Team, 43rd appeal on Business, 115th appeal on Fleet, 258th appeal on Large fleet.
- A first appeal beyond the pool is £4.99. An appeal to the adjudicator or tribunal for a listed vehicle is free when we filed its first appeal, and £9.99 when the fleet appealed itself, not taken from the pool.
- Posting a letter is extra, at the posting prices above. Unused appeals do not carry over.

Questions
What does the free check include?
The verdict, the grounds and the last day to challenge, read from a photo of your notice. You see them before you are asked for anything.
When do I pay?
Only if you go ahead, after you have seen the verdict. It is £6.99, once, for one notice.
What if you cannot file my appeal?
You get a full refund. The exception is a police ticket, which we write as a letter you send yourself: there the refund is only if we cannot write it.
What does a speeding or other police ticket cost?
£34.99, once. We write the letter of representations to the force in your name; you copy it and send it yourself, because we cannot act for you with the police. It is not covered by the monthly plan, a free appeal, the friend price or a fleet account.
What does it cost if the issuer refuses?
Nothing, if we filed your first appeal: we take it to the independent adjudicator or appeals service for free, once you say yes, and if the issuer asks for more evidence first we get it from you and send it. If you appealed yourself and were refused, we write and file that appeal for £9.99, after the same free check of the refusal letter.
Is there a monthly plan?
Yes: £9.99 a month for unlimited first appeals for one car, under fair use, and £4.99 a month for each family car you add, up to 5. Cancel any time from your account page. It is for private use: a vehicle used by a business is not covered, and businesses should use a fleet package. If one of those appeals is refused, we take it to the adjudicator free.
Can I swap the car on my plan?
No. A car stays on the plan until the plan ends, and each car covers tickets dated after the day it was added, so a car cannot be added for a ticket it already has. If you change cars, add the new one; the plan can be cancelled any time.
Is there something for a business with several vehicles?
Yes: a fleet package for a year, from the Team package for up to 5 vehicles. A first appeal beyond the package is £4.99, and an appeal to the adjudicator for a listed vehicle is free when we filed its first appeal, £9.99 when the fleet appealed itself. The packages are in the table on this page.
I can appeal for free. Why pay?
You can, at every stage, and our guides show you how. We save you the time and the wording, and check the dates. Nobody can promise the result.
